Shipping FAQ
We are currently shipping only to the United States and Canada. All orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate in both countries for your convenience. See shipping details by country below.
All orders within Canada will be shipped via UPS Standard and Canada Post Expedited Parcel service (1-7 business days) for select locations.
Free shipping within Canada is available on all orders over $150 CAD before taxes. Please note: orders to rural locations may need extra payment before order will be sent. In this case, we will contact you by email or phone if needed.
Orders under $150 will be billed a flat rate of $10 CAD. On average orders arrive within 1-7 business days anywhere in Canada. For faster shipping, please email or call us for shipping quote before ordering.
Please note: Some rural areas may require extra shipping charges and do not qualify for free shipping. Some areas will not be reflected in the shopping cart. In this case, we will contact you by email or phone if needed.
Orders are processed same day and usually shipped next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

All orders shipped to the United States will be shipped via UPS Standard Ground service (3-10 business days).
All orders will be billed a flat rate of $13 CAD. On average orders arrive within 3-10 business days anywhere in the continental United States.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Minor Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico will be charged a flat rate of $20
Please note: Shipping to the United States will not incur any additional fees upon delivery. Volta Health partners with UPS to expedite your shipment from Canada without any delays or customs fees.

Direct credit card payments are currently being processed in Canadian dollars only.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit / debit cards, Paypal, Interac e-transfers, and Bitcoin. *AMEX currently disabled, will be available soon.

We are working on getting our direct credit card processing in (USD) US dollars. We are currently only processing direct transactions in Canadian dollars at this time.

You bet! Our site is fully secured with multiple firewalls and security features to ensure your transaction is kept fully private.
Our credit card processing is done through Bambora (First Data), a leading merchant credit card processing company.
United States Orders – All orders shipped outside Canada are exempt from any Canadian sales taxes upon ordering. You will also NOT be subject to any additional payments upon delivery. All shipments to the USA will be pre-cleared through customs and automatically forwarded to you.
British Columbia Orders – Supplements orders shipped in the province of British Columbia are subject to 5% GST.
Ontario Orders – Orders shipped to the province of Ontario are subject to 13% HST.
New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island Orders –Orders shipped to New Brunswick and Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island are subject to 15% HST.
Rest of Canada Orders – Orders shipped to the rest of Canada will be charged 5% GST only.
Returns can be made on unopened/unused products only, that you have had for less than 30 days. A 10% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless item is defective.
Please email or call us for a Return Authorization Number, and return shipping instructions. All defective product returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and a copy of your Customer invoice. No collect shipments will be accepted.
Please keep in mind we cannot guarantee specific results from the supplements or other health products we carry, we can however guarantee our products to be of the highest quality available.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via our contact form or replay to your order email.
